Baby Foreman {Dupree Photography}

This newborn session is a gift. In many more ways than I can list here. Baby Foreman was born this past week among tears of joy and sorrow. His dad gave his mom a gift certificate for Christmas and this week we got the call that Baby Foreman was here! A few weeks early, but healthy and perfect!

Baby Foreman and family came to the studio on Saturday and set forth to “sprinkling” us all with his many blessings.  We had a wonderful time and loved every minute of it! Congratulations to the Foremans.

Baby Foreman is a lucky little man!

Miss Cantu {Dupree Photography}

Miss Cantu will be graduating from Devine High School in a few short weeks (weeks that are far to short for her parents!). She and her mom came in for a Senior Photo Session this weekend. Sessions like this on are what I dream of!  Just look at those eyes! I mean really… LOOK AT THOSE EYES!!!!    How can you go wrong when you have this to work with?

Miss Cantu is as sweet as she is gorgeous! Talking with her, I got a glimpse of  how much she loves her family and  what a caring young lady she is. Congratulations Miss Cantu and good luck at UTSA in the Fall!

Bethany {Dupree Photography}

I’m just amazed at how beautiful this baby is every time I see her! She has the most amazing eyes. I met up with her  and her mom (and grandmother and tia!) in the King William District in San Antonio on the Riverwalk. Always a great time with this family!  It was a gorgeous spring day and the Riverwalk was incredible.  As always, this was a great day! Bethany and her family are always so much fun to play with!

Miss Wolfe ~ Senior ’12 {Dupree Photography}

A hunting lodge that deals with white tail, wild boar and exotic game was the last place I would have imagined to have senior pictures when I was in school. Well, thank goodness younger minds are more open than I was at that age!

The lodge and acres surrounding it were simply breathtaking!  South Texas in the spring is a thing awesome to behold.  And this young lady rivaled its beauty.  I had a blast, and got to see some wildlife along the way. A white tail deer, a long horn steer, lots of dove, and it was rumored that there was a snake (as we walked across a dam, my husband pointed it out. It “fell in the water” before I could catch a glimpse of it.      Yeah.         We didn’t stop to see where it had wiggled off to. “Just keep walking!”)

It was a great day. A beautiful young lady, great landscapes, Texas in Springtime… a perfect day!  Thanks to the Wolfe family for letting me share in the Texas Safari Adventure!

Senior Portraits ~ Caro ~ {Dupree Photography}

Caro and her mom came in today for Senior Portraits.  This is always one of my FAVORITE types of Sessions.  There is such a wonderful range of emotions going through the Seniors.  The hope of the wonderful things in store for them as they get ready to go off on their own.  The nervousness of finishing up High School.  The sadness at leaving home and loved ones behind.  The unmistakable joy of graduation being just around the corner.

Good luck to Caro on her journey to Incarnate Word University and all the awesome things that the rest of her Senior Year will bring!

And what Senior Session would be complete without a shot with a field of bluebonnets and oak trees.
